I was a little bummed that the week didn’t allow for any guns, explosives, war games, or a frosty IPA with the gang. And then I get this in an email from my best friend.
Makes my evening in a hotel room with a pizza sound a little more exciting.

A Keyboard and a .45
What’s done is done. I am very appreciative of Representative Joe Barton who kept his word and voted against this bill. As for Senators Cornyn and Hutchison, I am disappointed in their votes, especially John Cornyn’s. I had hoped for better.
This is the last I am going to mention about the bailout, and the $700 Billion (to start) that is going to protect a few politicians rears and pad a few pockets.
A prudent man will look at credit a bit differently from this day forward.
