DC Handgun Info
I’m sure I mentioned this in an earlier post (when?), but did you know that DC residents can apply for a Utah non-resident concealed carry
weapon (CCW) permit?
Marksmen Masters (MM) in Ashburn, VA, offers weekly courses to qualify you for the Utah CCW permit.
If you are not familiar with Loudoun County, Ashburn is located here.
You won’t be able to carry in D.C. or Maryland, but you’ll be able to carry in 30 or more states, thanks to your new Utah CCW permit. Information on states that honor the Utah permit here.
MM holds monthly classes in the evenings, and they have a toll-free number: 1-800-723-6907.
Pick up the phone, and call them.
If you’re a new shooter, leave a comment about why you want to buy a gun, and any questions you have about shooting.
Good luck.
